The bathroom door should definitely close properly!!! Music from the terrace late at night really needs consideration for guests!!! A packet of hand towels would improve the room experience significantly!!!

missingWrote a review on 15 Septgrumpy staffmisleading information
Unfortunately, my stay was filled with disappointments. The check-in process was disheartening as the staff member was grumpy and unfriendly, which set a sour tone for my visit. To make matters worse, I was misled by the website stating that meals were available. I had to venture out for food after a long day of travel. This was especially inconvenient as I had no cash on me and struggled to find a restaurant that accepted my credit card.

Had a great time here with my friends! We visited Monserrate and the Gold Museum, both were amazing. The location was perfect for exploring. The staff were super friendly. The communal areas were great for hanging out after long days of sightseeing.
One downside was the Wi-Fi being a bit spotty in the rooms, which made it tough to stay in touch sometimes.

The stay was decent for a one-night transit. The room was adequate for our needs, and it was convenient to be close to the airport. Although the breakfast was fine, we were disappointed by the airport transfer service, which did not go as planned and caused us unnecessary delays. Overall, the location and comfort made our brief stay manageable.
